Barry R. Weaymouth while providing consulting services for Schiff & Associates, USA, prepared the Security and Personal Safety Risk and Threat Analysis for the Canary Wharf Development Project. Subsequently, he conducted the research, planning and analysis exercises for the Security Master Planning and Concept Development Phases for Phase I of the Infrastructure and all Phase I Buildings including the 50 storey Office Tower. Following client approvals, he managed the System Design/Documentation and System Procurement/Bid Award Assistance Phases.
